We are always happy to provide updates on your claim. Please be aware that timescales depend on the defendant's responses. Rest assured, we are working hard behind the scenes to bring your claim to completion as fast as possible. We must, however, adhere to legal timelines, allowing defendants the time to respond and gather evidence. We kindly ask all our clients to take this into account when waiting for claim updates. Please be aware that we are experiencing extremely high volumes of enquiries at the moment in time. We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your cancellation. If you have submitted your cancellation within the 14-day cool-off period please do not worry if we get back to you outside of this, your cancellation will be counted from the date you sent your enquiry in.
